What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Sample production usually takes 7–10 days, while bulk production generally requires 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Production time may vary depending on order quantity and seasonal demand.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We highly recommend making a sample before mass production. Samples allow you to evaluate the design, workmanship, materials, and functionality. Sample fees may be refunded or deducted from your bulk order under certain conditions.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?

Which certifications do you have?

What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We generally accept T/T (Bank Transfer), while other payment methods may be discussed based on order value and long-term cooperation.
How do you ship the goods?
We offer flexible shipping solutions, including sea freight, air freight, rail transport, and international express services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We can also work with your nominated freight forwarder or arrange door-to-door delivery if required.
